The gravely voice of Chester Chandler (Memphis Gold) is skillfully brought to life on this album.  This blues man can sing!  Blues never felt this good. “The Prodigal Son” just shines with sparkling song writing and the songs are passionate and right in the groove.

The musicians on this CD just tear it up and drive their music on home. We listen to a lot of blues here at Roots Music Report but none like this. Killer!
