Emilee Allan releases new country album!

She has just moved to Nashville to take on the challenge of attracting the Nashville music industry. 18-year old Emilee Allan is here to stand out and be the next Country Star.

I’ve just finished my first album and am so excited with the songs we selected, I was so glad we used one of my originals “Crazy Ride” and I co-wrote on seven others. Just had a blast over the last year in the studio and working with such talented people. I enjoy writing music and preparing for a show, but my favorite thing to do is perform live on stage. Regardless of the size of the venue, I love the energy of the crowd!

In November of 2008 a group known as ‘Young Americans’ came to a town in Southwest Michigan and I was invited to perform with them. In addition to the choreographed song and dance numbers, I was given an opportunity to do a solo of one of my original songs, “Today is the Day.” This experience genuinely changed my life. I had always loved music and the way that it can bring people together, but it was at this moment that it truly became my passion.

Still in her teens, Emilee’s talent has matured quickly, over the past 2 years she has been performing in her local town doing an acoustic show with Nate Miles on guitar. Last year they were asked to open for country star George Jones; there were more than 1200 in attendance. When Emilee’s album came out in January the theater asked her back to have her cd release concert and she had over 600 in attendance.

Emilee Allan in person is kind of soft spoken but with a sense of confidence. She loves to perform, and it shows.

The first single off the self-titled album “Emilee Allan” is “Crazy Ride” This is one of her first song she completely wrote and thought it would be great to show her talent as also a songwriter.

Working with renowned Nashville industry veterans such as acclaimed producer Kent Wells and song writers like Preston Brust and Karen Staley she has set herself up for success.

Still only 18-years-old, this black-haired, brown-eyed beauty has come a long way from the stages of southwest, Michigan, but the path she’s on Music City should take Emilee Allan much, much further.
