Cutter Elliott
Norman - Oklahoma - United States

On July 20th 1995, eight weeks premature, Thomas Cutter Elliott was born. Diagnosed with cerebral palsy, autism, partly blind and deaf, you would think these disabilities would keep him down. But Cutter turned his disabilities into super powers. Doctors said he may never walk... He does. Doctors said he may never talk... He does. They even said he may never play guitar...He sure does. And he does it all so very well. With the swagger and talent of an ol’ time country music singer, Cutter has truly found his place on earth.

He is dedicated to archiving and preserving the traditional sound of country music. Cutter is also blessed with a photographic memory of songs and the history behind them. With over 600 songs in his repertoire he never needs a chart or lyrics. Through trials, tribulations and tears he has perfected his craft. Now with the release of his album "Heartache Waiting To Happen", Cutter is ready to take on the world of country music.
