“Blue Twangled Folk & Roll” is the genre Roy Schneider created to answer the often asked question, “What kind of music do you play?” Roy and his partner in music & love, Kim Mayfield, are in their 10th year of touring, with 2 successfully crowdfunded CDs that have charted well on Folk & Americana radio. In November 2018 the duo released a new collection of original songs titled Roy Schneider & Kim Mayfield ~ Reckless Saints. The album features songs by both, and one cover - Blaze Foley’s Election Day.  Reckless Saints also features special guest musicians, Freebo, Charlie McCoy, and Gurf Morlix, who is lending electric guitar and backing vocals on Election Day.
