Contemporary zydeco coexists and commingles easily with its urban cousins, soul and r&b; a relationship affirmed without doubt on accordionist/vocalist Corey Ledet’s most recent release.  Alongside tres solid zydeco romps- “Push Me Away” and “New York City”- are uplifting soul excursions- “A Good Day” and the title track.  Closing the set is an airplay-seeking urban groove, right down to its classic Isley Brothers coda, “Street Light”.
